Ordering:
Ordering was painless, and made even easier with their webpage. Once I had what I wanted, I wrote down the item numbers and prices, and called for a quote on shipping.
Time:
Sent out the same day of the order. Took almost no time to get here. Outstanding work on their part.
Communication:
Excellent communication. Replies to e-mails came promptly and had no problem calling the order in.
Shipping:
Each item was in its own box, packed inside another box. No loose rivets/burs.
Product:
Just as expected. No defective rivets or burs that I have found. I didnt count to make sure they sent me enough, I did not feel it was necessary.
Special:
Prior to ordering, I requested a sample of various rivets. I wanted to test to see which ones would work for what projects, how easy to cut, peen, etc. They sent this quickly, and without any cost to me. I do not know if that is standard policy, but I was very impressed, and it is the reason they got my order (that, and I was tired of dealing with companies that would not return my calls because I was not a buisness).
Summary:
My current supplier for all rivets. I would highly recommend RJ Leahy as a supplier for anyone who needs ANY rivets. Very customer friendly, quick with shipping, and great service.
