Ordering:
Ordering was quite simple. I had spoken with Sir Raymond the Quiet a few times before, but this was my first order. I did not care to use the online form to send credit card numbers, so he gave me his home phone number to call. He was also helpful in suggesting how to attach it to my belt.
Time:
I was told upon ordering it might be a week before getting it. I was extremely supprised to see it in my mail box three days later. I had asked that he get it to me as soon as possible (I needed it for an upcoming event), and he definately came through in that regard.
Communication:
Not much in this area. We spoke, he sent it, I did not even have to ask where it was.
Shipping:
The buckle and tougne were seperately wrapped in bubble wrap, and quite secure. It was as expected.
Product:
I was expecting something a little more flashy, the buckle is very plain, but it is appropriate. More of a copper color than brass, but I have been spoiled by high quality brass (something about the metal content).
Summary:
All in all, definately worth the price. It was nothing I could of made myself. Next time, I plan to order a full set of belt plates and the buckle. For the specialty items he has, they are definately worth the (low) price.
